I lead Cooper’s signature training center, and oversee curriculum development, teaching, mentoring, and community building. Culture is the backbone of any organization and impacts our ability to produce great work. In that vein, I designed this workshop to help teams check in on the health of their culture and identify new ways of working together. 

The workshop kicks off with cultural assessment exercises to help teams identify what is and isn't working in their culture today. We then conduct visioning activities to craft values and practices that better align with the team or company vision. Finally, we work through goal-setting exercises to define next steps for actualizing that vision. Teams leave with a foundation for an active and inspired work culture that they can employ immediately.

Personas are research-based archetypes of the kinds of people that might use a product or service. They are a powerful design tool, but when used ineffectively they (understandably) get a bad rap. This workshop was designed to teach you how to sell the value of personas to skeptics in your organization. You’ll then learn how to use them fruitfully to ensure that your stakeholders and design team are making decisions with the same target in mind.
